Who provides Kaseta

Kaseta is made and published by one person, working as a sole trader — an empresário em nome individual — in Portugal. There is no company behind the app and no commercial register entry, because a sole trader has none.

These details are published under Decreto-Lei n.º 7/2004, the Portuguese law for online services. Portugal is where the provider is established, and that is the law this page answers to.

Purchases

Kaseta is sold through the App Store, so Apple handles every purchase. The payment, the receipt and any refund are between you and Apple; we never see your card details and hold no billing relationship with you. What the app costs is on the pricing page.

Contact

Write to the address above about anything to do with the app — a question, a bug, a request. One person reads it, and there is no other channel to be routed through first.

Privacy

We have nothing that identifies you: the app transcribes on your device, and we run no servers for it to send anything to. The privacy page sets that out in detail.
